利用規約

1. 適用
本規約は、Phuriko（以下「当方」）が提供するゲーム「ぬめぬめ」（以下「本ゲーム」）の利用条件を定めます。
本ゲームを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとします。未成年の方は、保護者の同意を得てご利用ください。
2. 禁止事項
プレイヤー名・ルーム名・自作の文字は、他のプレイヤーに表示されます。当方は、次の内容や行為を一切容認しません。
- 性的、暴力的、差別的、その他他人を不快にさせる名前・文字・ルーム名
- 他人へのなりすまし、個人情報の掲載、嫌がらせ、脅迫
- 改造クライアント、チート、サーバーへの攻撃など、公正なプレイやサービスの運営を妨げる行為
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
3. 違反への対処
当方は、違反またはそのおそれがある場合、事前の通知なく、名前やルーム名の自動フィルタによる置換、
ルームからの排除、通報に基づく端末やIPアドレス単位の接続制限を行うことがあります。
プレイヤーは、通報機能で違反を知らせ、ブロック機能で相手との対戦を避けることができます。
4. プレイヤーが作成した内容
自作の文字などは、同じルームの他のプレイヤーに表示するために当方のサーバーを経由します。

5. サービスの変更・終了
当方は、本ゲームの内容やオンラインサービスを、予告なく変更、中断、終了することがあります。
6. 免責
本ゲームは現状のまま提供されます。当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、
当方は本ゲームの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
7. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
8. 改定
本規約を改定する場合は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
重要な変更がある場合は、ゲーム内または公式サイトで告知します。

1. Scope
These terms set out the conditions for using the game "NumeNume" (the "Game") provided by Phuriko ("we").
By using the Game you agree to these terms. If you are a minor, please use the Game with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Your player name, room name and custom characters are shown to other players. We have no tolerance for the following:
- Sexual, violent, discriminatory or otherwise offensive names, characters or room names
- Impersonating others, posting personal information, harassment or threats
- Modified clients, cheating, attacks on our servers, or anything else that undermines fair play or the operation of the service
- Anything that violates applicable law or public order
3. Enforcement
Where a violation occurs or appears likely, we may, without prior notice, replace names or room names through automatic filtering,
remove players from rooms, and restrict connections by device or IP address based on reports.
Players can report violations with the in-game report feature and avoid other players with the block feature.
4. Content you create
Custom characters and similar content pass through our servers so that they can be shown to other players in the same room.
We handle them only to the extent needed to provide the Game. See our
Privacy Policy for details.
5. Changes to and termination of the service
We may change, suspend or terminate the Game or its online service without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided as is. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence,
we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the Game.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
8. Changes to these terms
Any revised version of these terms takes effect when posted on this page.
Significant changes will be announced in the Game or on the official website.
